Provo Postal Credit Union<\/strong> is a small credit union located at 345 West 100 South, in Provo, Utah.\u00a0 We are a \u201cLow Income Designated CU,\u201d<\/strong> that is open to all Utah County residents.\u00a0 Our members recently approved a name change to \u201cCity Center Credit Union.\u201d\u00a0 We will likely implement that change within the next six months.<\/p>\n

We make a lot of loans that no other institution will consider (loans outside the box that don\u2019t fit but that make sense to a common sense person).<\/p>\n

Intern responsibilities are prioritized as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Redo our website and help bring it in compliance with current NCUA regulations, etc.\u00a0(www.provopostal.com<\/a>)<\/li>\n
  2. Help increase our social media footprint in the area (especially among students).<\/li>\n
  3. Help with office IT issues where needed.<\/li>\n
  4. Help design a new logo for \u201cCity Center Credit Union\u201d<\/li>\n
  5. Help promote a financial literacy program we offer to our members.<\/li>\n
  6. General help around office with any and all assignments \u2013 (teller transactions, answer phones, general member services, etc.). We wear a lot of hats at a tiny credit union.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    While our top priority is our website revamp, we will try to provide a general training\/understanding of what we do as a small CU.<\/p>\n

    Hours:<\/strong>\u00a0 9am-5:30pm (with an hour break for lunch)
    \nSome of the website work can be done from home.<\/p>\n

    Availability:<\/strong>\u00a0Position is available immediately.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0Salary:\u00a0<\/strong>$10 per hour, up to 40 hours per week for the entire summer.<\/p>\n
