It provides optional matching grants for several work programs to help welfare clients become self-supporting. It also prepares studies and statistics on AFDC programs. OFA is subdivided into four program offices: Director for Family Assistance; Special Initiatives Divisions; Policy Division; Quality Control Division; and, Program Evaluation Division. (See web site for more details.)<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Intern Duties<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nA long standing and well liked placement for BYU students. Interns are fully involved in all aspects of the agency&#8217;s work.
