Can quickly establish trust and credibility with clients. Strong client service and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can explain steps and processes in a simple and appropriate manner, depending on the audience.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Planning &amp; Organization. Is able to manage multiple projects at once. Can break down larger projects into steps or tasks and is comfortable to adjust priorities as needed; project management and administrative skills.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Attention to detail. Can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Is driven to provide top-quality work to clients; can manage large quantities of data.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Analytical skills. Proficient and practical understanding of basic statistics; solid analytical skills; can understand and present the business implications of data. Familiarity with statistical applications is a plus.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Technical Skills. Quickly picks up technical skills; strong computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email programs.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Team player. Can function well as part of a team and contribute beyond individual responsibilities.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Results-oriented. Self-directed and has a bias for action. Takes initiative to learn and understand all aspects of the Assessment Advisor role. Takes pride in delivering quality results on time.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Education. Senior status and graduating within a semester with\u00a0BA\/BS degree.
