About the position
DecisionWise surveys and assessments provide information to businesses and individuals about how they are performing when it comes to their people. Leaders within our client organizations use the feedback we gather to promote better working environments, employee engagement, and individual performance.
The successful candidate will manage all phases of assessment administration to our clients worldwide. The Assessment Advisor develops or selects survey/assessment instruments, tracks the distribution and collection of surveys and assessments, monitors survey response and participation, organizes and analyzes the data, and generates and distributes assessment reports. This is a position that works with both data and people, and requires skill in working with both on an ongoing basis.

Position requirements:
Maintain positive client relationships. Can quickly establish trust and credibility with clients. Strong client service and interpersonal skills.
 Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can explain steps and processes in a simple and appropriate manner, depending on the audience.
Planning & Organization. Is able to manage multiple projects at once. Can break down larger projects into steps or tasks and is comfortable to adjust priorities as needed; project management and administrative skills.
 Attention to detail. Can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Is driven to provide top-quality work to clients; can manage large quantities of data.
Analytical skills. Proficient and practical understanding of basic statistics; solid analytical skills; can understand and present the business implications of data. Familiarity with statistical applications is a plus.
Technical Skills. Quickly picks up technical skills; strong computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email programs.
Team player. Can function well as part of a team and contribute beyond individual responsibilities.
Results-oriented. Self-directed and has a bias for action. Takes initiative to learn and understand all aspects of the Assessment Advisor role. Takes pride in delivering quality results on time.
Education. A completed BA/BS degree is required. Psychology, Organization Behavior, HR, Business, or similar majors are preferred, but not required.

Hours and Schedule: Full-time, salaried position; approximately 40 hours/week, starting January, 2016. Normal business hours (M-F), as well as occasional “as-needed” basis in order to accommodate client needs. Minimal travel may also be required. Position is based in Springville, Utah.

Compensation: Competitive starting salary, depending upon qualifications, plus quarterly bonus potential (+10%). Strong benefits package.
