Customer Engagement Specialist
Mobile Coach builds web and mobile technology to help people make significant personal lifestyle changes. Mobile Coach works will clients who have a large population of individuals that need coaching, motivation, and commitment to achieve company goals.
We’re looking for bright, positive individuals that can help our support team engage with
customers to ensure they have a great experience.
- Offering support and motivation to Mobile Coach customers via email and our online text messaging programs.
- Act as a member of the client support team to help ensure a positive experience for corporate clients.
- Assist in testing and improving the new implementations of the Mobile Coach service.
- Be passionate about personal behavior change
- Must be available for the morning shift (6 AM to 9 AM) and 5 hours on the weekend
- Eager to perform research and demonstrate creativity in finding ways to help our customers and our clients.
- Pay is $10.00 per hour.
- This position is part-time.
- 20-30 hours per week during normal business hours
