1) Product Support Specialist – Health Team Lead
FULL-TIME POSITION
Location: Provo , Utah , United States
Mobile Coach is a fast-growing B2B startup in Provo, UT that uses an intelligent, text-messaged based platform to help companies achieve their goals. Mobile Coach builds custom solutions to help companies engage employees in important health and corporate training initiatives.
We’re looking for a motivated, positive individual that is excited about working with our clients and helping our support team engage with customers to ensure they have a great experience.
An ideal candidate will have experience and education in health or other related fields.
Job Description:
- Your job is to manage our support staff team including anything from clients and product updates to scheduling shifts
- Your daily responsibility is to offer support to Mobile Coach customers via email and our online text messaging programs
- Act as a member of the client support team to help ensure a positive experience for corporate clients
- Assist in testing and improving the implementations of the Mobile Coach service
- You will work closely with other team members including our client services team and marketing team to ensure our clients have the best experience possible
Applicant Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Must be very detail-oriented
- Must be comfortable with an autonomous work environment
- Must be very comfortable and professional interacting via email
- Must be happy, optimistic, and pleasant to work with
- Must be available to work 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays & a few weekend hours
Hiring Details:
- Full-time position during normal work hours
- $12/hour

2) Sales Development Representative
FULL-TIME POSITION
Location: Provo , Utah , United States
Mobile Coach is a fast-growing B2B startup in Provo, UT that uses an intelligent, text-messaged based platform to help companies achieve their goals. Mobile Coach builds custom solutions to help companies engage their employees and customers with highly effective text message conversations.
We’re looking for bright, persistent representatives that are excited to work in a tech startup environment and help us find new prospective customers.
This is not a sales position, but you would work closely with the sales team.
Job Description:
- Your job is to manage and contact prospective clients and work with them to set-up introductory phone calls for our sales team
- Your daily responsibility is to email leaders and executives that might be interested in Mobile Coach, then follow-up and engage with them until they are ready to speak with a sales representative
- You will manage hundreds of contacts and ensure that you respond to their requests and follow-up at the right time, without letting anyone slip through the cracks
- You will work closely with other team members, including the marketing team, research team, and sales team, to make sure goals are met

- Be very driven to excel and exceed expectations
Hiring Details:
